This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24222B0008 - Project Number 561A4-20-101 Replace Flooring at VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons Campus, 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons, NJ 07939. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238330 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Scope of Work: Project is necessary to update and replace the existing flooring that was installed in specified areas of Bldg. 2, 3, 10, and 11 located on the Lyons Campus of the VA New Jersey Healthcare System. Currently, the areas specified in the project contain carpeted floors that were installed over 30 years ago. Provide renovation of the areas enumerated below and as detailed in the construction package including contract drawings, contract specifications for upgrade to the following areas: Bldg. 2, Rm.115 (approximately 262 sf); Removal of trace amounts of hazardous material, and Floor replacement Bldg. 3, 1st Fl., Gallery, Exam/Treatment Waiting & Reception areas, Digestive/Pulmonary Waiting & Reception areas, Pharmacy & Pharmacy Waiting areas (approx. 7,242 sf); Floor Replacement Bldg. 10, Rm.215 and Rm.215A (approx. 1,469 sf); Floor Replacement Bldg. 11, 1st Fl., Rms.107, 108, 109, 110, 111 (approx. 2,997 sf); Floor Replacement Bldg.11, 2nd Fl., Rms.227, 228, 229,230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 234A, 234B, 235, 236 (approx. 5,460 sf); Floor Replacement Project Completion: 180 Calendar Days from the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) date. All other details and information, including drawings, specification, and statement of work shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about 12/01/2021. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
