THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to rehabilitate the Utility Maintenance Building and adjacent Storage Garage located at West Thompson Lake in North Grosvenordale, Connecticut as part of a sustainability initiative. This rehabilitation primarily consists of combining the Utility Maintenance Building and adjacent Storage Garage by constructing an addition that connects the two buildings, measuring approximately 23 ½' x 20' and replacing vinyl siding on the entire structure once connected.
