This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-07. The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of a venue and meals within a 20 mile commute of the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Minnesota metro area. The Period of Performance shall be a one-day event on 5 March 2022 in Minneapolis/ St.Paul Minnesota or within a 20-mile commute of the metro area. 4 March 2022 will consist of event setup and 5 March 2022 will consist of all event activities including one meal. ** Reference the attached Combined Synopsis and the Perforamnce Work Statement (PWS) for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions. The Wage Determinations is also attached.
