*Please note the solicitation number change from W912ER20R0013 to W912ER22R0006* It is anticipated that a construction site-visit will be conducted on or about 12-JAN-2022. This office anticipates issuing the solicitation for this action on or around November 29, 2021. Personnel who are interested in participating are required to submit an application package to USACE for processing. No more than two personnel from each company are allowed to participate in the site visit. All completed forms and photos must be physically mailed to the address below: MAP-Section (ATTN: USACE) U.S Embassy Amman 6050 Amman Place Washington, DC 20521-6050 Electronic and hard copies will be submitted to the U.S Government. The hardcopy packets will be received by the address above and reviewed by Jordanian Security for Base access. Jordanian Citizens must submit the following forms: a. 332 AEW Vetting Request Worksheet.xlsx (Included as an attachment to this post) b. DMS Clearance Sheet.docx (Included as an attachment to this post) c. DMS Application (Included as an attachment to this post) d. Color copies of National ID Card, front and back. e. 2 passport photos measuring 5cm x 5cm (photos must be same grade/quality used for national passport photos) f. Copy of Family Book Personnel who are from other countries, including U.S. Citizens, must submit the following forms: a. 332 AEW Vetting Request Worksheet.xlsx b. DMS Clearance Sheet.docx c. DMS Application (Included as an attachment to this post) d. Color copy of passport including the photograph. e. 2 passport photos measuring 5cm x 5cm (photos must be same grade/quality used for national passport photos) f. Color copy of Worker’s Authorization Card The application packages are due no later than 10:00AM local Jordan time, 11- December 2021: Electronic copies of the required documents and any questions related to this topic shall be submitted via email to both of the USACE point of contacts identified below: MAJ Joshua M. McNamara at Steven.J.McNamara@usace.army.mil Companies that successfully prequalify for base access will be provided additional information regarding date, time, and arrival location. Companies that fail to qualify for base access will not be allowed to participate in the site-visit.
