Notice of Intent to announce the Government plans to increase the capacity of contract # W912DS-17-D-0007 (Jacobs Ewing Cole JV) by $400,000 to process a modification to the construction services task order # W912DS-20-F-0122 for additional design services for the Golf Clubhouse Facility at West Point, NY. This Notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requiring dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to sole-source and modify Contract No. W912DS19D0010 with additional capacity. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 6.301-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to increase capacity and sole source a modification for 100% redesign and non-design efforts associated with the re-advertisement of the Golf Clubhouse Facility at West Point, NY. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated the modification will be made, within approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this notice unless the Government determines that any other organization has the capacity to meet this requirement. The approved Justification and Approval (J&A), for this modification will be posted following the closure of this notice. Please email responses to the POCs listed.
