No other changes have been made to the solicitation*** The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Project Manager, Synthetic Environment (PM SE), Product Manager, Common Synthetic Environment (PdM CSE) has a requirement for the Live, Virtual, and Constructive – Integrating Architecture (LVC-IA) program to incorporate future systems (Synthetic Training Environment (STE) and One World Terrain (OWT)) and capabilities, including emerging technologies and facilitating a building-block approach that integrates and updates the Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVCG) training environment. LVC-IA is the original Program of Record (PoR) responsible for establishing the structure and framework required to integrate current simulation environments into the Army’s Integrated Training Environment (ITE). As the enabler for the CSE, LVC-IA facilitates on-demand training, mission planning and rehearsals, Mission Command Information System (MCIS) stimulation, and interoperability. All comments and questions shall be submitted via email using the Question/Comment form embedded in Section L Attachments of the solicitation, Attachment L1. Comments and questions shall ONLY be provided to Contract Specialist Terri Harvey at terri.l.harvey10.civ@mail.mil AND to Contracting Officer Marvin J. Hagan at marvin.j.hagan.civ@mail.mil no later than by 12:00 PM EDT on 14 October 2021 with the full solicitation number, W900KK-22-R-0006, within the subject line. Comments and questions submitted prior to this time will be accepted and are highly encouraged. Questions and Comments via phone will NOT be accepted. In accordance with submission instructions outlined in Section L.2 of the solicitation, Proposal Submission Requirements, proposals for solicitation W900KK-22-R-0006 shall be received by the designated Government official no later than by 12:00 PM EDT on 05 November 2021. This solicitation does not obligate the Government to make an award. ****IMPORTANT**** It is highly encouraged for interested Contractor's to submit the completed Security Vetting form (Attachment 11) and the signed Distribution Agreement (Attachment 12) as soon as possible to ensure early receipt of the technical data package and other Distribution D documentation provided in support of this Solicitation.
