GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Vista Software License Services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Honolulu, Hawaii in accordance with the specific tasks listed in the performance-based statement of work. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 February 2022 through 31 January 2027, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Terumo BCT, Inc. Terumo BCT, Inc. is the sole provider of the Vista Software and all services that is required by TAMC. The software is proprietary to Terumo BCT, Inc. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 511210 and the size standard is $41.5M.
