Description:
This requirement is for lodging and meeting space for a military Yellow Ribbon Pre- and Post-Deployment Event. Attendance of approximately 125 people with up to 40 overnight rooms. Vendors should look closely at the solicitation and the ANG Requirements to review all information to include main briefing, breakout rooms, meals, and snacks during event. Vendors should be within 2 - 2.5 hours of Charleston, West Virginia (home station is 130th Airlift Wing, Charleston, WV).
