Description:
Information related to this requirement was previously posted under sources sought notice VLS001, VLS001A, and VLS001B. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a single competitive solicitation for the FY22-27 production of the MK 41 Vertical Launch System (VLS). The DDG 51 Class and the FFG 62 Class for a total of 23 MK 41 VLS capable ships planned through FY27 (12 DDG and 11 FFG). There are additional requirements for Foreign Military Sales (e.g. Australia, Netherlands/Belgium, Canada) for at least 8 MK 41 VLS capable ships with various module configurations through FY27.
