Original Set Aside:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order to Groh Productions, Inc. This requirement will provide a virtual platform of training for the GRIT (Greater Resilience Intervention Training) and response to trauma and in accordance with International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) Standards, National Institute for Human Resilience, or American Society of Addiction Medicine. The contract will allow online training experience for 150 users using videos and written materials, to teach students techniques and methods to improve personal resiliency. Groh provides the video-based virtual platform along with online and downloadable resources for use in training based on treatment guidelines provided by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. No competition is being sought. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE for the requirement is three (3) years. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five days of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends on proceeding with awarding a fixed price purchase order to International Electrical Testing Association Inc.
