The purpose of this amendment is to remove the requirement to provide fuel and replace it with coordintion for fuel delivery as well as removing the requirement for oily water removal. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires husbanding agent services while the NOAA Ship Rainier performs missions around Saipan, CMNI. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2190-22-00178 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 488310, Port and Harbor Operations; the small business size standard is $41.5M.
