Original Set Aside:

The contractor is Yakama Power, 61220 Highway 97, Toppenish, Washington, for electrical power (utility) services. The intent is to replace Yakama Indian Health Center's purchase order No. 75H71321P00047 with Yakama Power. This contract action is critical as it will allow for uninterrupted electric power services for the Yakama Indian Health Center in support of direct patient care services. Period of Performance from January 01, 2022 to December 31, 2022. This Acquisition is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commericial Items (41 U.S.C. 3305, 33306, and CHapter 37); FAR Part 12, Acquisition Procedures of Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 1906, 1907, and 3307), FAR 37,101, Non-Personal Services Contract, and FAR Part 41, Acquisition of Utility Services.
