This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The U.S. Government intends to contract for Polish Language learning classes to be held at Poznan, Poland. Possible base year offering basic Polish instruction comprised of four classes for one and a half hours each, second year to include the same services as base year plus two intermediate classes per week for one and a half hours each, and third year same services as base year plus option year one plus two advance classes per week for one and a half hours each. Times for classes shall be from 0700-0830 and 1600-1730. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. The Government will not return submittals to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if the Government issues one. If the Government releases a solicitation, the Government will synopsize it on the Government-wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated NAICS code is 611630, Language Schools. The information sought will include price per student, maximum number of students per class, and offering two different classes (one in the morning one in the evening) twice a week. In responses to this Sources Sought Notice, please provide the following: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, small business status as listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) and corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. 3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certification etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. 4. Interested responders may submit comments, questions, and recommendation; however, the Government will not post responses or ANSWERS TO SUBMITTED COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS. In addition, telephone calls will not be accepted regarding this posting.
