This notice is issued by NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) to inform industry that the invitation has been issued to potential offerors, pursuant to FAR 15.202 - Advisory Multi-Step Process, to submit preliminary information to allow the Government to determine whether the offeror could be a viable competitor for the Research, Science, and Engineering Services (RSES) procurement. The invitation and submittal instructions have been added to the existing Special Notice entitled “Acquisition Strategy for NASA LaRC Research, Science, and Engineering Services” at the following site: https://sam.gov/opp/5696f9ea2fcb45cca45d29104eb4e9fc/view Responses should be received no later than November 23, 2021.
