DHS’ Office of Inspector General, Office of Investigations (INV) has a current and projected need for mission support services. These services are being provided by Madison Associates Inc. GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) No. GS-23F-0018T Task Order 70VT1518F00020, whose current period of performance ends in November 17, 2021. The Office of Investigations with support from the Office of Management, is in the process of awarding a follow-on contract, which is subject to competition. However, the process to award the follow-on contract has been delayed due to a pre-bid protest that has to be addressed and will not be resolved until on or about December 31, 2021. Threfore, it has been determiend to award a bridge contract for 90 days.
