The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 P/N: 30139250; Thermal Analysis System TGA/DSC 3+ STARe System TGA/DSC 3+ INCLUDES: -XP1 Balance -Small Furnace -2 MFC GC401 -Peripheral Option Board -Sample Robot -TGA SDTA Sensor SF (Qty. 1), ITEM 2 P/N: 30064847; Cooling System Minichiller 600 MT 115V Huber Unichiller 006-MPC-MT 115V (Qty. 1), ITEM 3 TGA-FTIR Interface SF/LF/HT 51142410 (Qty. 1), ITEM 4 P/N: 63053296; Dryer Gas SS (Qty. 1), ITEM 5 EQPac Comprehensive Qualification Products being serviced: Thermal Analysis System TGA/DSC 3+ Included Services: EQPac Qualification Delivery EA Install Equipment (Qty. 1 lot), ITEM 6 Service Plan - 2 Visit(s) Comprehensive Care Products being serviced: Thermal Analysis System TGA/DSC 3+ (Qty. 1 lot) This requirement is sole sourced to Mettler Toledo, 1900 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to historic data has been tested on a Mettler Toledo, and will only be compatible/transferable to a Mettler Toledo. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 05 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0046 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 05 days from this notice date.
