The Mission and Installation Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE), Mission Simulation Center (MSC). This task requires personnel with unique specialty skills, knowledge, and experience linking and operating command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) application and mission command systems. Mission Command Systems/ JLCCTC Simulations / Internal Networks, is to provide simulation support to the Fires Center of Excellence IAW Programs of Instruction and established training schedules. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories are considered.
