Original Set Aside:

This Special Notice is posted in accordance with FAR Part 10 - Market Research and FAR Part 11 - Describing Agency Needs. This is not a pre-solicitation or solicitation notice. It is FEMA's intent to gain industry perspectives and feedback by sharing a draft copy of the performance work statement supporting FEMA's requirements for Temporary Support Facilities services. One of FEMA’s responsibilities is to ensure the effectiveness of emergency response personnel in responding to emergencies and disasters. To support this mission, FEMA seeks contractor services for Temporary Support Facilities that provide lodging facilities for first responders and other authorized personnel deployed to disaster impacted areas. Interested vendors are asked to read the draft PWS (Attachment 1) in it's entirety and provide questions using the attached spreadsheet (Attachment 2_Vendor Questions Tab). FEMA also requests interested vendors provide responses to the FEMA submitted questions (Attachment 2_FEMA Questions Tab). Questions and responses are due by 4:00 PM EST on 11/30/2021. FEMA will not provide answers to the questions submitted in response to this special notice. The questions will be used for information and planning purposes only.
