The Government proposes to acquire a one-time buy fixed price contract of 4 each of a SUPPORT ASSEMBLY, NSN: 1615-01-119-3362, Part Number: 145D3306-5 applicable to the CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Test is, 4 each 803 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 4 each, 535 DACA with deliveries to TINKER AFB, OK 73145-8000. This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY Cage Code: 77272. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 3D. This item will be acquired for the second or subsequent time directly from the actual manufacturer as indicated. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
