The Coast Guard is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to obtain professional Safety and Environmental Health (SEH) expertise, facilitation, documentation, editing, and technical writing support services in development and preparation of U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Health, Safety, and Work-life Service Center (HSWL SC), Division of SEH guidance documents and promotional publications. The contract support tasks include, but are not limited to: providing initial research and analysis to inform guidance, publications and training guides; gathering detailed information from existing documentation, instructions, regulations and standards, and work groups; development, preparation, design, and editing of SEH products and guidance documents such as promotional publication, newsletters, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) documents; maintenance, organization, integration and project management for SEH libraries resources and sites; support and facilitation in priority division projects and workgroups such as Safety Information System, Job Hazard Analysis campaign, and SEH USCG Portal Modernization; design and graphical presentation of the Annual Safety Report; and facilitation and background research for annual division-wide training
