NOTICE TYPE: Combined- Pre-solicitation TITLE: 4010-01-309-7439- Wire Rope Assembly Single Key, for a Long-Term Contract (LTC)/ Strategic Contract. This agency issues a solicitation for a long-term strategic for approved source: Cable Moore, Inc. Cage 9R404, IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 53711 6574325 REVISION NR C DTD 09/01/2000 PART PIECE NUMBER: 6574325, which will include one NIIN 4010-01-309-7439. The term is FOB: Destination and I/A Origin. This item is solicited Hubzone SB Sole Source which includes: Critical item; Export Control; First Article Test (Contractor) and high level requirement. "This solicitation contemplates a sole source award to Cable Moore, Inc. Cage 9R404, Pursuant to FAR19.1306". This item is not a commercial item. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery 214 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) option year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 36 AY each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 9 AY each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 55 AY over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 9 AY and the maximum delivery order quantity is 36 AY. Surge requirements don’t applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be October 31, 2021.
