This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period (3 years) plus two option years for total contract duration of 5 years. Solicitation is a Total Small Business Setaside. There are 3 sources in the AID: Korry Electronics (81590), Radiant Power (55300) & Harris Technologies (91417). Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 75 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 44 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
