Original Set Aside:

The Space Systems Command (SSC) Enterprise Corps (EC), Cross Mission Ground and Communications Directorate (ECX) is soliciting information on potential approaches the Government could execute in order to migrate existing Space-Based Infrared System (SBIRS) assets from the legacy Command and Control (C2) solution to the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) C2 solution i.e., Enterprise Ground Services (EGS). The contractor should provide details on how the Government should design, develop, integrate, and test the proposed solution. The overall approach should address key areas such as 1) supporting advanced software solutions; 2) leveraging existing/ongoing efforts; 3) resolving obsolescence issues; 4) incrementally delivering capabilities; 5) operating the solution; and 6) reducing the overall Operations & Sustainment (O&S) costs for the FORGE C2 thrust.
