The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 to the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) for the renewal of annual subscriptions. SIAM journals purchase is an essential to performing civil and military research missions at ERDC and these titles can onlt be purchase through the SIAM. SIAM is a commercial supplier of research publications that provides a multiple physical site license and quote specific to ERDC. The subscription period is from 01 JAN 2021 through 31 DEC 2021. The SIAM electronic title is the following: SIAM Corporate Membership package D Site fee This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
