MARKET RESEARCH-- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This advertisement serves to aid in determining market interest and capabilities for this possible requirement. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements and the availability of small businesses capable of providing this support. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of contractors capable of providing support services and supplies to conduct an Airshow in the Kingsville, TX area: April 2nd and 3rd (planned dates at this time) NAS Kingsville Kingsville, Texas 78363 Services and supplies purchased previously for Airshows include the following: Air Boss Services Sound System for Airshow Golf Carts for personnel transport on grounds Tables, Chairs, Tents and Barricades EMS Services Fog Oil Portable Bathrooms Handwashing Stations Airshow Parking Signs Historically, these items have been purchased by individual purchase orders. This market research is being performed to see if there are vendors who are capable of providing total Event Services to provide all required supplies and services to organizeG003, manage, and conduct an Airshow on the grounds of NAS Kingsville. The NAICS code is 711320, and the SBA size standard is $16.5 Million. The PSC code is G003. The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will perform, so there is not a requirement to hire air performers. Vendors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to respond to this sources sought notice/request for information via the submission of a technical capabilities statement. Submissions should include the following information and not exceed 10 pages: (1) Vendor name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address. (2) DUNS number, Cage Code, business size (3) Capability statement displaying the vendor’s ability to provide the required services, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last five (5) years. This relevant past performance information should identify the applicable contract number; total contract dollar amount; capacity performed (Prime or Sub); contract period of performance; description of the relevant services provided AND the relevancy of the services to the proposed requirement; and a customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address. The technical capabilities statement provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice is NOT to be considered a response to Request for Proposal (RFP) in that no RFP exists at this time. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for the information requested herein. Evaluation results will not be provided to contractors responding to this synopsis. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
