This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912J3-22-Q-0001 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The New Mexico National Guard requires the following services: Catered meals and conference services ( ie...General Session Room, six large offices or breakout rooms, etc..) in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Projected driving distance, to the location, should not exceed 30 miles from New Mexico Army National Guard, Las Vegas, NM. Google maps will be utilized to calculate distances, the end point used will be 720 Maximillano Drive, Las Vegas, New Mexico, 87701 and the shortest distance will be used. The location should enhance the operational need for mission readiness to military service members. The environment will provide service members the opportunity to focus on training objectives, engage with one another, as well as service providers for networking.
