This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $6.5M. The NIEHS, Durham, NC is seeking to purchase is seeking to purchase Service and Maintenance of Government Owned Cytiva Laboratory Equipment. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Services See Statement of Work (Attachment #1), Quality Assurance Plan (Attachment #2), and Reporting Requirements and Deliverables (Attachment #3). The IDIQ Ordering Period will be 5 (five) year from the date of award. Service shall be performed as ordered by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Place of Performance 111 TW Alexander Drive 27709 UNITED STATES Award shall be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price with Technical Capability being of utmost importance. Evaluation criteria is listed in order of importance. All evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: Approach Personnel Facilities and Equipment Past Performance See attached Technical Evaluation Factors (Attachment #4) for complete details. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for services as defined herein. The government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all quotes shall include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" Quoter shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s).
