1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contact for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking quotations and will not accept unsolicited offers. Interested vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any issued. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This request is issued for the purpose of market research. 2. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) is conducting market research to identify potential contractors that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide Training Device Design & Engineering Center Services at Vandenberg Space Force Base. 3. Please provide responses to this RFI to Karl McDonald at Karl.McDonald@spaceforce.mil no later than 17 December 2021. 4. The information that is received from this RFI will be used to make the best decision on how to proceed with this acquisition. Information received will not be shared with other potential offerors.
