The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15, Network Contracting Office 15, located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Cancer Registrar Services provided for Kansas City, MO; Columbia, MO; St. Louis, MO; Poplar Bluff, MO; Wichita, KS; Leavenworth, KS; Topeka, KS; and Marion, IL. The term of the contract is a base of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available October 29, 2021 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $35M. The Solicitation will be issued for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR 873. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency(s). Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Contract Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Contract Opportunities data base at https://beta.sam.gov/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays, should they be selected for a contract award. Proof of registration shall be required as a part of the proposal package.
