Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) is seeking interested vendors who can purchase/install a new hot water supply system, waste water storage tanks for a waste water system, and a possible Option purchase/install of replacement robots for the 2 ABB Model IRB 6600 M2004 robots on PBA’s production line 5. This procurement includes the demolition of old equipment and the supply, installation, testing, and training of the new equipment and systems. The work to be performed consists of facility preparation, moving, installing, and restoring to operation the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and furnishing all other materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation to complete and make the production process fully operational within the facility. Work required shall be performed accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be provided at the time of solicitation issuance. Final acceptance will be based on the systems performance after installation at PBA and shall be evaluated against the acceptance criteria referenced within the solicitation. Operator and maintenance training shall be provided by the contractor for this system after acceptance.
