The mail rooms at each of these locations vary in capacity and are governed by Title 39, U.S. Code, DoD Instruction 4525.6-M, OpNav Instruction 5118.7C and Marine Corps Order 5110.4A; requiring reporting, accountability, and fiscal responsibility.
