February 2022 Central and South Asia Directors of Military Intelligence Conference Airport Transfer Requirements: Requirements for period of 5-10 February 2022 United States Central Command (CENTCOM) will be hosting an event at a venue to be determined (estimated 5 miles from TPA airport) in Tampa, Florida from 6 to 9 February 2022. We require airport transfer service for VIP event attendees, most of whom will be arriving between 5 and 6 February 2022 and departing between 9 and 10 February 2022. Airport Transfer Requirements CENTCOM will provide the Transportation Company flight information one week prior to event for coordination of pickup/drop-off services and final count of trips Most pickups/drop-offs will occur 5, 6, 9, and 10 February 2022 There may be pickups/drop-offs on 7 and 8 February, but they will be minimal All vehicles should be black/executive vehicles (no limousines) Vehicles should be able to accommodate passengers and luggage All vehicles should be clean inside and out and smoke-free All vehicles should be well maintained No vehicles should be equipped with child car seats Vehicle music should be lyric-free “coffee house music” or classical at a low volume There are no beverage or snacks requirements – no food/beverage should be included in quotes Passengers will not pay gratuities and should not be solicited for gratuities – all fees should be included in the quote Drivers/expediters should meet all passengers at baggage claim with name signs and will escort passengers/delegations to their vehicle in front of baggage claim. Delegations should not be expected to walk through the TPA parking garage to a vehicle Airport Pickup 5-6 February 2022 Require airport pickup for 6 delegations of 3-5 personnel to include 2 large pieces of luggage each arriving at Tampa International Airport Require airport pickup for 10-15 individuals (1-3 personnel per vehicle) to include 2 large pieces of luggage each Airport Drop-off 9-10 February 2022 Require airport drop-off for 6 delegations of 3-5 personnel to include 2 large pieces of luggage each departing from Tampa International Airport Require airport drop-off for 10-15 individuals (1-3 personnel per vehicle) to include 2 large pieces of luggage each Evening Social Requirement Require transportation between event venue and Texas de Brazil restaurant (4112 W Boy Scout Blvd, Tampa, FL 33607) for minimum of 12 to maximum of 30 personnel. Timeframe is approximately from 1800 to 2000 on 8 February 2020. Estimated 3-5 miles from possible venues one-way.
