This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The Maryland VA Healthcare System, located at Baltimore VAMC,10 North Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201, seeks software and hardware updates, maintenance, and technical support services for the Philips IntelliSpace Critical Care / CompuRecord (as applicable) / CompuRecord (as applicable) systems, in both the Test and Production environments. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received in response to this Notice will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Description: Site Support Service contract to help assist and maintain the CIS system (Philips ICCA) within the 4 ICUs in the VA Maryland Healthcare System. The Service support contract will need to include Technical/Application configuration and support for 36-50 Critical Care/Stepdown Beds.
