Original Set Aside:

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to SPACInsider LLC for subscription to an online database that provides detailed, up-to-date information on Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs). The Contracting Officer has reviewed the requirements and determined that SPACInsider is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). There have been no other sources identified that have a subscription which provides all the information requirements of the SEC. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to SPACInsider LLC on or about January 5, 2022. The total award value of the purchase order will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The anticipated period of performance is for a Base Period 12 months and up to two Option Periods of 12 months each. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
