Original Set Aside:

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a purchase order to Paragon Analysis Corp., 3385 Stage Coach Drive, Lafayette, CA 94549-1824, using Simplified Acquisition procedures to obtain training for OCC's examiners on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 USC(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The expected period of performance is from 12/15/2021 through 12/14/2026, a twelve-month base with four twelve-month option periods. The Office of Comptroller Currency (OCC) determines that the training is specialized for the OCC's target audience and part of a series of curriculum targeting commissioned examiners or experienced/industry-hired examiners who evaluate complex commercial credit. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider responses received from responsible sources. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to casey.helman@occ.treas.gov by 12:00 p.m. ET, December 2, 2021. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition is within the discretion of the Government.
