Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the procurement of 880 gallons of Chevron Delo 100 SAE 40, 110 gallons of Chevron Rando ISO 46, 220 gallons of Chevron Delo 400 15W40, and 110 gallons of Chevron 80W90 lubrication oil in Alameda, CA. The oil must be delivered in drums to help facilitate loading. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2190-22-00545 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). This procurement has been set aside for small businesses. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing. This is a small business set aside. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Lube oil purchase for NOAA Ship Fairweather (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Fairweather requires the procurement of 880 gallons of Chevron Delo 100 SAE 40, 110 gallons of Chevron Rando ISO 46, 220 gallons of Chevron Delo 400 15W40, and 110 gallons of Chevron 80W90 lubrication oil in Alameda, CA.
