The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting market research on behalf of the C5ISR Center, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The C5ISR Center is searching for communications technologies at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3-6 to be included in the Network Modernization Experiment (NetModX) 22 field-based event.
