The Naval Undersea Warefare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase fiber optic cables from Teledyne D.G O'Brien (DGO) to test the Improved Post Launch Communication System (IPLCS) on a Brand Name, Firm-Fixed Price basis, as detailed in the attached solicitation notice.
