Description:
Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic and Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific would like to announce an Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium Ad Hoc Virtual Industry Day to be held, on Wednesday, 10 November 2021. The event will include briefings about the IWRP consortium schedule, technical briefs and one on one discussions. Technical briefs presented during the IWRP Consortium Virtual Industry Day will include a variety of information warfare research technology focus area topics. It is anticipated that the topics will be the basis of upcoming Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) to IWRP Consortium Members. This is not a Request for Prototype Projects, but for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects, you must be a member of the IWRP Consortium. For more information on becoming an IWRP consortium member, please visit https://www.theiwrp.org. The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the IWRP Consortium, and industry in general, advanced notification of Government intent. The Government anticipates one (1) Requests for Prototype Project (RPP) for white papers, enhanced white papers or full proposals to be solicited via N65236-18-9-0001. RPP topic will include a technical brief and one-on-one break-out teleconferences. The RPP topic consists of the following: 1)22-PAC-0230 ConMon and Risk Assessment Automation: The Government is seeking a prototype to identify the high-level technical approach and/or strategy, along with a recommended set of extensible tools with which the Navy will integrate into the complex environment to permit Navy to operate, continuously monitor and analyze network operations and performance, and identify and mitigate vulnerabilities to defend and maneuver the network. The Government will be presenting two (2) Pre-Solicitation Collaborations (PSC), which will include a short brief and one-on-one break-out teleconferences. The PSC topics consist of the following: 1)Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Cloud Services: The government is seeking the opportunity to discuss a "solution" demo on a service delivery model (both IT platform(s) and service delivery) which will enable both effective delivery of CSSP cloud services AND be cost efficient to the mission owner and CSSP. 2)Joint Threat Warning System (JTWS) Air Variant: The government is seeking the opportunity to discuss a prototype software defined radio which will enable cleaner signal, minimize interference and signal loss for Joint Services.
