Original Set Aside:

The Contractor shall provide and install clean floor mats every two (2) weeks. The Contractor shall deliver 400 sq. ft. of various sizes of matting every month to NFPC, which shall be stored until the need for the mats arises. Amendment 0001: RFQ close date has been extended to COB Thurs 12/02/2021. Responses to Contractor questions will be provided in a future Amendment to the RFQ. Amendment 0002: RFQ close date has been extended to COB Tues 12/14/2021. Responses to Contractor questions will be provided in a future Amendment to the RFQ. Amendment 0003: Responses to Offerors' questions are provided. Statement of Work (SOW) has been revised and provided further clarification. RFQ close date has been extended to COB Tues 12/21/2021.
