The Government intends to make an award within the 3rd quarter of fiscal year 2022. The Contractor is the designer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for a number of AQB and ACB type circuit breakers to be addressed by this contract. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis.
