The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is issuing a request for quotes (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-005-22. The tentavie period of performance is 07 JAN 2022 - 25 FEB 2022. The soliciation number for this requirement is N32253-22-Q-0017. Proposals will be due on 20 DECEMBER 2021 at 1000 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This soliciation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Aquisitions Cicular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021)< and NMCARS 18-17. Please note the following for N32253-22-Q-0017: A vessel Ship Check (site visit) will be conducted on Wednesday 08 DECEMBER 2021 at 0900 HST at the Admiral's Boathouse. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evalutated. FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. FAR 52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. Questions: All questions regarding soliciation N32253-22-Q-0011 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due on 10 DECEMBER 2021 at 1400 HST.
