NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego intends to issue sole source award in accordance with Chart Meds, Inc. DUNS # 962916552; Cage # 6H0R4, 771 NW SOUTH SHORE DR, KANSAS CITY, MO 64151 This procurement is for a commercial supply contact that shall consist of a continuity of care by Chart Meds, Inc. for NAVCONBRIG Miramar’s medication disbursement. The medication disbursement is an electronic medication administration system (Software Subscription) to control medication dispensing, streamline the medication pass, reduce dispensing errors via computer verification, and automate day-to-day documentation tasks. This procurement will consist of a 12-month base period and three 12-month Option periods. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. The NAICS code is 511210 and the applicable size is 41.5 M. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via email. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS Code, applicable business size and Tax ID number.
