Original Set Aside:

The objective of this task is to support the system architecture, development and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the MDM system and cloud environment; providing Tier 3, Tier 4, and hardware refresh support for the FBI’s 36,000+ Smartphones and tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
