The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) requires building 5C upgrade to ventilation and cooling in data center, Jefferson, Arkansas. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone concerns.
