Description:
The following Pre-Solicitation listed below has been Cancelled. This requirement is going to be procured internally through the VA procurement. Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25221R0148 Project: Prepare Site for Lab Analyzer Project Number: 585-20-114 Location: 325 E. H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project# 585-20-114 for an existing space and utilities to be modified and accommodated for new equipment. The project magnitude price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard $39.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in accordance with the documents, drawings, and specifications to complete the Project#585-20-114 Prepare Site for Lab Analyzer, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, MI. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, data, and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to Sam.gov (https://www.sam.gov) on or about October 6, 2021. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for November 30, 2021 at 11:30 A.M. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project shall be conducted on the week of October 25-29 at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. All prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accorda6nce with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, and at time of award the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
