Original Set Aside:

The Government has a requirement for a contractor to provide Group LifeInsuranceservices to approximately 350 employees of the Government of the UnitedStates ofAmerica in the Republic of Serbia The anticipated performance period is for abase year,with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. Allresponsiblesources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial off er withoutdiscussion.The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustmentrequirementstype contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for thisconferencewill be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management)Databasehttps://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.Therefore, prospective off erors are encouraged to register prior to the submittalofquotations/proposals.
