The purpose of this amendment is: 1. To answer Questions 1-29 presented by Vendors and provide answers from the Requiring Activity. All questions and answers are presented verbatim. 2. Update the PWS with changes derived from Vendor questions. 3. Remove "Sub-Factor 3: Licensing" as an evaluation factor under 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014) and associated addendum. 4. Provide "HQ MND-SE Anti Discrimination & Anti Harassment Policy Letter" and "HQ MND-SE Commander Philosophy" as an attachment to the solicitation as requested by Vendors. 5. All other conditions of the contract remain unchanged. ____________________________________________________________ The U.S. Army is seeking vendors for the subject requirement. Liaison Services at Bucharest, Romania 1 December 2021 - 30 November 2022. Place of Performance: Bucharest with travel to MK, Romania and other cities within the vicinity of Bucharest as required.
