ATTACHMENT 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, (MVAHCS) located at 1201 N.W. 16th Street, Miami, Florida 33125 intends to solicit a request for quotes (RFQ) from contractors for a 3T MRI Trailer, along with two (2) personnel at all times; a Board Certified MRI Technologist, and the other is an Assistant of which both are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), on-site in support of eligible beneficiaries of the MVAHCS under Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract type. The authority of for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The VA anticipates issuing a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside solicitation for this requirement on or about November 22, 2021. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments from this website. No hard copies will be made available. Commercial Blvd, Sunrise FL. 33351 Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 12-15-2021 through 12-14-2022 for the base period.
