**Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a requirement for JES Report Broker software, technical support, and maintenance. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to MacKinney Systems, Inc. on a sole-source basis to meet this requirement.
